Gahh, I keep forgetting to post this entry. Wrote a draft in my phone sometime ago, regarding the phasing out of my Girl Guides unit.
When I first knew about this, I tweeted: "Don't people have dreams?", "If only we'd known, would things b different? If only...", "Who would know what good times we had?"
Very indirect, 'cos we weren't suppose to reveal any of those information yet.
On 25th November 2010, when Mrs Goh asked the key alumni leaders back for a meeting, I had no idea we were going to have the saddest news in guiding history. In fact, I was still telling Kathy, since Mr Raj was involved, it had to be something to do with the school. Like need our help for some event next year? See, I was so optimistic.
When Kathy, Xiuzhen and I reached, we met Mrs Goh, Ms Bharathi, and Mr Raj at the foyer. Mrs Goh kept asking if we knew what was the meeting about, of course we had no clue. Then Mr Raj announced calmly, that the school was going to phase out Girl Guides as a CCA.
Phase out our CCA? I thought I'd heard wrong.
Phase out our CCA. Yes I heard right. They're phasing us out. Slowly but surely. The school's management has decided. And words of this shocking truth just pierced through my heart. I was at a loss as to how to react, and Mr Raj immediately threw us this "so, any questions for me?"
What could we possibly ask? "Is this a joke" is that what you wanted us to ask? A million and one thoughts were running through my head. I wasn't filled with sadness as yet, for it was too shocking. Never did I expect it.
Yes I have to admit that I'd seen this coming, but not in such a shocking manner. I would think the school would give some kind of warning beforehand, like "if you do not get PNA this year, we're gonna phase you out", or something along that line.
As I calm down and collected my thoughts, I can't help but feel sad. And my mp3 had to play emo songs!!? How timely. I texted Kathy that I was feeling down, that I cannot believe how everything is over just like that. All our hopes and dreams, what we've done, said, planned, all that we've envisioned... This will put a fullstop to all those. Maybe it was wishful thinking on our part. Year after year, we tell ourselves we're gonna get PNA, but year after year, the girls go to the indoor stadium and return empty-handed, except for a heavy heart.
There was once we came so close to getting it. But one of the teachers missed the deadlines. We were so disappointed. I know that achieving the PNA is not easy, it definitely requires everyone to put in considerable amount of time and energy, especially from the teachers. But nothing is impossible.
Disclaimer: I'm not writing this because I want to push the blame, or point fingers at anyone. This is just my thoughts and opinions.
What I'm saying is that we need teachers who can put in 101% dedication and commitment. I think this is the only way a CCA can grow. The current teachers are great, Mrs Goh and Ms Bharathi - I can see them doing so much for the unit. But maybe, even so much isn't enough? I know that's a lot to expect from teachers (who have so many other duties) and I know the alumni is not very strong. That's why we could never move forward.
Anyway, what's done is done. The school has decided. And in 2 years, everything will be gone. I wonder how everyone will react upon hearing this news. No more cheers, no more drills, no more tent-pitching, no more outdoor cooking, no more games, no more camps, no more badges, no more clauses, no more campfires, no more patrols. It will be just as good as dead. And we all know it's impossible to bring the dead back to live.
But I do hope the guiding spirit still burn in our hearts. I'm ever so thankful to have been given the opportunity to work with all these wonderful girls. Batches after batches, they've all proved to be such strong, passionate individuals. With so much drive, motivation and determination. Admist all the fun and laughter, I see each and every one giving their best. That's what touched my heart. And I guess that's what makes the alumni always willing to return to help. Hai Sing Girl Guides will never ever be phased out from my heart.
(Edit) 26th November 2010
So we've asked and the teachers have replied. No news to spread around until next year. I'm dying to tell AK about what's happening, but I can't. I can't blog, tweet, tumblr, facebook about it. And can I take back my words? About how achieving PNA is not that hard? I guess I haven't analysed the award well enough. Because we tried to go for the Bronze, but was short by 20 points. Alright, we failed trying. So what's next?

I'm having a career dilemma right now. I don't know what I want. Seems like too many options are presented to me now. I feel so lost. Then I think back to the times in poly, the time when I chose to take Entrepreneurship Concentration.
I vaguely remember the reasons why I chose that route, probably because the whole group of us were excited and wanted to try running our own business. Then a few of us dropped out, 'cos of parents' advice. To be very honest, I wanted to drop out too. Mainly because of sis Meh. I didn't feel it would be fun to do things without her. But circumstances didn't allow me to do that, then. To opt out of the program, we would need a parent's letter, and even the lecturers calling up to ask them why, etc.
I couldn't afford for my parents to do that. Education choice is my decision. And since I've already made up my mind, I shouldn't be fickle and then throw all the shit to my parents. What's more, mum was very sick, and dad was having a tough time looking after her.
So I went ahead. I gave up supply chain halfway through and went ahead to EC. Given a choice to turn back time, I wouldn't make a different decision. Yes I might have not learn all I could from supply chain, but I did learn something else from EC. What's more, because of my switch to EC, I was able to excel and pull up my grades enough to get me into a local university.
So, my circumstances that didn't allow me to pull out of EC, was actually a blessing in disguise.
Now to my career. I don't know why I've been exposed to so many entrepreneurial talks recently. Went to Finexis's Flying Start 2011. It was very inspiring, listening to the top producers, CEO, and top people talk about their success. It sort of got me thinking about whether I should explore my career in that direction.
For those who are wondering, yes I'm working at Finexis now. As a part-time personal assistant to one of the advisors.
Then, there's boyf's involvement in Esabee. Yes it is a network marketing business, or many of you know it as MLM. Please do not judgehim us, because trust me, whatever you're thinking about right now, we've thought about it before. I know the consequences, and I know many of my friends are against this. But I figured it's time to blog about it.
For many days (and nights), I'd been pondering about this issue. I really appreciate those who had been there for me. You know who you are. As much as I don't encourage MLM, I'm supporting my boyf wholeheartedly in this business. Rest assured I'm not gonna pull any of you in. I just hope you won't shun from me us. That's all I'm asking for.
After penning down my thoughts, I'm still in a dilemma as to what I should do. Work in a company, or start my own business?

Boyf recently created a tumblr account to share his doodles online. Once in a while I will go check it out. But yesterday, he told me to take a look. I thought he'd doodled something new, until I clicked on his page.

Ahhh, so he's added a profile by the side. And oh wait, what's that "P.S I have a..."??
He calls me his wifey! *jumps around*
I was so excited, I replied him:

Hahaha, yeh I know I'm lame, but I'm happy so who cares? (;

Gahhh, I feel like a zombie. It seems as though the more I sleep, the more tired I become. But the past few days had been really awesome! I feel so productive and it makes me happy.
Work as usual on Monday and Tuesday. I really hope to get employed soonest, because this current part-time job is not paying enough for my expenses. After work on Tuesday, I went for boyf's CAC+US performance at Republic Polytechnic. This year's concert was scheduled on recess week, thus the poor ticket sales.
It was raining when I got to Woodlands, thank goodness his parents offered to drive me to RP. His daddy was silent throughout the journey, even though mummy was trying to strike a conversation. I guess all dads are the same, kinda grumpy and moody sometimes.
Arrived at the hall early, so we helped reserve seats for Yeesheng, Kenghong, Kaichun & Linda. But this irritating aunty ignored me and sat down at the reserved seats! Despite me telling her many times that the seats were taken. Grrr. I hate free seating.
The show started and ended quite abruptly. Firstly, there was no emcee. It is not a must, but since this year's performance has a storyline, there has got to be a narrator right? How else are the audience supposed to know what's happening. Secondly, the sound system was terrible. Thankfully after the first song, they did some adjustments to it, and it was much better. I feel sorry for the girl from Guitar Club 'cos we couldn't hear her sing a thing. But boyf told me later that she went out of tune. So maybe it was a blessing in disguise. Haha.
Thirdly, the booklet was super badly done. I'm really upset by how much (or rather, how little) effort was put into designing and editing. If they'd put in more effort, I wouldn't be staring at pixelated pictures and my boyf's picture was being cut off! ): Seriously, where is the quality and professionalism? I dare say I can do a better job.
Despite the hiccups, I enjoyed the show (: I've uploaded the Bboys item here:
Phototaking thereafter. Boyf's the extra one with the shades :P

Hi folks, I'm trying to update my blog as frequently as possible so here's a quick one!
Work's getting better, not as mundane as before. Cos my boss now gives me one whole list of things to do, instead of giving them individually. And he lent me a motivational book to read. I'm only at chapter 2 now, but already very inspired.
Recently I'm feeling very yang-orh & whiny. On Friday, I texted the boyf that I needed a hug 'cos I was having a bad migraine. And he specially came down to Tampines. So sweet (: But I think I'm a sweet girlf too, no less.
Yesterday was a really weird day, I don't know if I should be happy or sad but I guess happiness is a state of mind. So overall I think I'm more happy than sad! (: The day started when boyf called while I was still in bed. He told me that dinner was changed to lunch. I think his mummy told him but he conveniently forgot about it. I hate last minute stuff, so was feeling pretty grumpy. Because I had planned for the day to be lunch-ing at home before going Phoon Huat, and then dinner.
Oh wells. His mummy called and asked me to go over to his place for cake-cutting before going for lunch together. I felt kinda awkward 'cos the boyf was at Scouts and I'd be alone in his house? But I went ahead, and upon reaching his place, I realized that only his daddy was at home. Had nothing much to do so I went and packed his room. Uber messy -.-
A while later, Ade & korkor & mummy came back for cake-cutting. Instead of a birthday cake, we had apple pie. Cute! And Ade got me these (I think from Australia?) And I made her a teddy card. I think it's one of my cutest cards (;

Had lunch at Jurong Point as usual. Boyf made a hurtful remark and I was really upset during lunch. Glad we cleared up the misunderstanding, and went home for naptime. Saturdays like this are my favourites (:

Omg I'm seriously very touched by my girlfs. Yushu was sort of the first one to know that Dennis is 95% going for NOC. Even though she didn't know how to comfort me, she really tried her best. It's blunt but it's a fact. I really really appreciate it (:
Then Aimee read my blog but was too busy to text me, so she told Peisi. She whatsapp-ed me immediately. It's heartwarming to know that your friends care enough to drop you a message to ask if you're ok. Aimee tweeted me this morning. And Kathy texted me a while ago. She said it's in fact something worth celebrating because not everyone can make it through the interviews! Wise words. I've been so caught up about missing him, crying, and what-not, I'd forgotten to look at the flip side.
Seriously, I'm so damn proud of you baby! That is if he passes. Haha. And my girlfs all told me I could bug them as much as I want when Dennis is gone. One year, 52 weeks, 365 days. I know I can do it.

Congratulations baby! He's made it into the second round of NOC interview. For those who don't know what it means, it refers to NUS Overseas College. If my boyf gets selected, he'll be away for one whole year. Possibly at the other end of the world.
I'm not very good at expressing how I feel right now, so I'm gonna put it very bluntly - I don't want him to go. Selfish I know, but I cannot lie. I cannot say that I'm not sad, because I am. I will miss him, so bad.
But it's always head over heart. Boyf taught me this - use logic and reason, try not to put emotions into the situation. I'm trying. I'm thinking of all the good that would come out of it.
The relationship will be much stronger. We'd have stood the test of time. He's ambitious, I should let him soar. Tying him down by my side will only make both of us miserable. I'd rather I alone be miserable.
What Yushu said was true - I should think of the future. I don't want my boyf to one day, blame me for his missed opportunity.
Yeesheng gave up his chance, for Xuefen. Very noble act. Too bad my boyf won't do the same. I knew all these would come, the day I chose to be with him. Now I just gotta suck it up and get on with life.

My very first interview today! Shall not divulge the company name yet, but it's a really big organisation. The office is so open concept and futuristic, I feel that I'm in the movies. To let you have a feel of what the environment is like, imagine stepping into an office like this:

Ok sorry I didn't manage to find a really good picture. But picture this: white glossy furniture on white tiles, transparent doors and conference rooms, security guard in black suit. And you had to take a photo at the reception to make your visitor lanyard on the spot. How cool is that!!
To the interview proper, I think I did pretty ok at the first 2 parts - self introduction, and group presentation. It was the last part where I totally screwed up. I couldn't speak fluently in Mandarin. I totally "errr..." the whole time! Brain not fast enough to translate thoughts into Chinese words.
Anyway I made a new friend and had a great experience. The interviewers were fun and not that scary at all. If I get through to round 2, there's still round 3. Oh well, still a long way. Good luck!
-
Boyf drew this for me as a Valentine's Day gift. I really love how the smile is so nicely shaded. It portrays the innocence of Agnes perfectly. Love it, and thank you baby.

Cos he felt guilty for not giving me anything, and he was afraid that I was upset. Obviously I was damn happy and touched. Until he told me he drew another character (from Despicable Me) for his female friend too. Sigh. That makes me non-exclusive. And I thought I was special?

Fuck it. So fucking pissed off right now. Second night in a row, I really think my dad is being way too ridiculous. But the thing is, I'm not the kind to talk back and argue. I'll just suck it up and let it go. But this time, my blood is boiling.
Dad's in M'sia to attend one of my distant relative's wake and funeral. He just called to ask my whereabouts. This is ok, but guess where the conversation headed to?
Him: "so tmr's breakfast you settled already?"
Me: "yes."
Him: "didi got school on Tuesday is it?"
Me: "idk, he didn't tell me."
Him: "yes! He has school!! You must ask him and make sure there is breakfast! If not didi nothing to eat before going school!"
Me: "ok."
Him: "Where are you now? Hurry home because didi is alone at home!!"
Me: "on the way home already."
-
Ehh seriously fuck it la. Why am I responsible for my brother? I mean I understand if he is young (like 5 years old, don't know how to take care of himself), but he is already 20 this year! He jolly well knows how to buy food, and wake up for school right? I cannot stand the way my dad treats us like we're small kids. Urgh!

Urgh!

We celebrated Valentine's Day in advance, cos the boyf won't be free over the weekends and on the actual day. I'm not particular about where we went, or what we did, as long as we spent the day together. And today, was just perfect. Started the day with me going over to his place to make ai xin brunch. I was deciding between pasta or soba, but wasn't really craving for either. Then, *pring!* why don't I make sushi!?
I've always hao lian-ed to boyf that my sushi is nice. But never got the chance to let him try. So today shall be the day! I only prepared 3 fillings cos I couldn't find Japanese cucumber. I tried NTUC, Cold Storage, and Shop N Save. All don't have ): Is Japanese cucumber a seasonal crop? Anyhow, I managed to prepare Unagi (eel), Tamago (egg), and Kanikama (crabsticks).

Followed the boyf to school for project meeting and lecture. To kill boredom, I was playing around with Photoshop on his Macbook. Thereafter, we decided to catch a movie at Cathay!
Coincidentally, sis Meh & Kenny were going to Cathay too! All thanks to Twitter and BBM, we met up for a while before the movie.

Dinner was leftover sushi from lunch, and a bowl of tomyum mee hoon kuey.

Caught It's A Great Great World. It wasn't as fantastic as what many people claimed. But I enjoyed some funny parts. Too bad people from our generation won't be able to relate to most of the scenes - more for our parents. But I enjoyed the company (:

Back to Tampines and we tried Frolick for the first time! Omg it's soooo good! Way exceeding my expectations. We had Flavoured Cup B (peach) with crushed oreos as toppings ($5.60). Boyf gave me that "wtf, oreo with peach, seriously???" look. But hey, he agreed it was nice!

And last stop of the day was to R's father's wake. If you'd been following me on twitter, I wrote that R's dad was in coma for a few days. And the doctor said there was no hope. He will be in coma for a long long time, or die in a few days. He chose the latter and I'm glad at least he didn't suffer. It was stroke due to high blood pressure, and he went into coma in his sleep. Rest in peace uncle.

First day of work yesterday and I didn't do much. Data entry and downloading factsheets from the system. Mundane. Second day of work today and I spent most of the time doing research on "High Frequency Trading". Boss wanted me to explain whatever I'd researched to the team over lunch. Thankfully we talked about other stuff instead. Got to meet Hoonie's boss and another guy from our team. Had a super long discussion with Hoonie on career and other general stuff. Love it (: Hope I have more to learn in my job!

Family dinner on Sunday at the boyf's place. We had steamboat again! Haha. I think next time during CNY, I'm gonna host dinner with pizza and chicken wings. Cos everybody will be so sick of eating steamboat and lo hei! :P
I wore shorts, thinking that it's just a weekly family dinner. And I forgot that I haven't bai nian to his mummy & daddy yet. Thankfully no comments from anyone (I'm quite intimidated by jie jie) and we had a superbly full steamboat dinner followed by best or-nee on earth made by Ade's daddy.
-
This afternoon I went to sis Meh's place to play with Davian and Claudette. Claudette is becoming more and more like a princess! Keeps calling herself 'baby', and talks to us in those "wa-wa" voice. Made a cuties collage. More photos to be on FB! (:

Well well, what did I say? Saturday was awwwwweeeeeesome! Initially planned to go sis Meh's house with sis Noi, but she had to stay home for conference call at the last minute. Where got this kinda boss/ colleague/ job one?! So mean! ):
Anyway, popped by sis Meh's house to bai nian but her parents were out already. Had a great time HTHT-ing, while waiting for Sharon.
I didn't like this picture at first but the more I look at it, the more it appeals to me. Heh. We can has flawless skin thanks to photoshop!

Wanted to buy a birthday cake for Zirong but the bakers weren't working over CNY so we could only buy a Swissroll =.= When we reached his house, we realized he was already ordering a cake from Four Leaves. Ban luck at Zirong's place with Chunhwee, Irene, Sharon, sis Meh and the birthday boy. Boyf came over shortly after! :D

And Zirong randomly came up with a guessing game. We had to guess how many $1 coins were in this giant bottle. The person closest to the actual amount would get $10, sponsored by Zirong! Our guesses ranged from $800 to $1400. And finally after counting, Chunhwee was the closest. By that time, sis Meh and I were already on our way to more visiting. And this weirdo had to call us to tell us he won?! Sis Meh and I were laughing non-stop. Why he so lame one?!
Boyf and I had to leave, to go Seth's place. His daughter's baby shower, but he won't accept any gifts. So we just went there for buffet/ chit-chat. His baby daughter is so tiny! The size of my palm is like two-third her body. Such a sweet lil' delicate child (:
And there were 2 other kids around, 3 years old and 7 years old. I had fun trying to engage them and play with them. Btw, parents are so creative in naming their children these days. I asked the mei mei, what's her name. She replied "Dee-phee-ner", or something like that. Then I asked, how about kor kor? She replied "Dee-vaan-ker", or something like that. Woah! So chim!
We had to leave shortly after, to go to boyf's sa-zek's (third uncle) place at Jurong West. I was excited yet nervous to meet all his relatives. So glad they're lovely people. All so nice and friendly, and always smiling. I'm beginning to grow attached to the people around him (:
We watched "Rapunzel" and "3 Idiots" and eat and play with dogs and lo hei. There were 3 dogs in the house. But ever since meeting Rufus (the dog at E-tracx), I was less afraid of animals. A good thing! And I'm so proud of myself. Been trying so hard to overcome this irrational fear.
We left early so boyf can send me home (57 mins train ride from Pioneer to Tampines) and still catch the last bus home. I love you baby! (:

P/s. Boyf and his good friend, Jaye Foo, are in the process of writing a new song. I've sampled the melody and it's awesome! Why are they so talented? Can't wait for the song to be done. 'cos I'm so excited to share it! Just in case you'd forgotten who they are, click here!

Hello there, how has your bunny year been so far? Mine's awfully boring ):
Had reunion dinner at my maternal grandma's place on chu2 xi1. It was really quiet this year because of grandpa's passing. Grandma didn't have the mood to prepare steamboat. I really admire her resilience because she'd been through so much. Especially for someone her age, it's not easy. First it was mum's condition, then it was grandpa. That evening, while we were talking, grandma almost teared. I could tell she was still very much attached to mummy and grandpa.
We went home pretty early 'cos there wasn't much cleaning to be done. The place was already neat and goodies were arranged. Arranged to go to Chinatown with aunt G but we cancelled it when it started raining. And the news on TV showed the horrible crowd. Do we want to go there just for cheap guo3 dong4???!
-
Headed out early in the morning to Bright Hill temple to visit mummy. And then to another temple to pay respects to grandpa, before heading to grandma's place for lunch. Few of my relatives were there but we had nothing to talk to each other about. There was even a new girl whom I've never met before, and now she's my younger cousin. Lots of confusion in the family as I hear little stories about divorce, re-marriages, marriages, kids, etc.
Ever since mum was diagnosed with cancer, this side of the family has distanced themselves away from us. It's sad but true. I don't blame them, because mummy was like the 'glue' that joined us together. Now that she's gone, they treat us as outsiders. Oh well. Fact of life.
Time seemed to pass so damn slowly while I was there. Practically dying to go home.
-
Day 2 wasn't very much different. Headed out to da4 biao3 gu1 ma1 's place for lunch. She's a fantastic cook whipping up delicious dishes. Abalone, sea cucumber with broccoli and scallops, smoked duck, 3-layered pork, shark's fin, seaweed chicken, sotong ball, chicken, pig intestine soup. Far from the meals we had yesterday.
After lunch we watched 'Princess' on channel 5, before heading over to the second house. As usual I sat in the living room watching TV (Astro Boy on Star Movies), while bro went to talk to one of my cousins. Weird how much they have to talk about. Again I was so bored, praying hard that time pass faster.
Was about to leave when they suddenly wanted to lo hei. So I had no choice but to stay for a while more. Finally at about near 5pm, I couldn't take the boredom any longer and requested to go home by myself. Thankfully it was also at Tampines so I made my way home easily.
-
Ok so that sums up my CNY visitings. I can't wait for the weekends 'cos it's friends and boyf gathering. I'm 100% positive it will be a million times more fun :D
Sidenote, I'm not sure which side of my relatives I'm now closer to. Because it used to be mum's side. But ever since her passing, they distanced themselves. So I no longer hang out with my cousins on weekends. I thought I would be on slightly better terms with my dad's side. But I'm wrong. Today one of my nephews (I think?) asked his mummy who I was, and how was I related to him. And why is it he's never met me before. Sigh. So now I'm like a kid with no kin.
Not that it really matters to me, because I can't wait to get married and start my own family!! (:

Omg I'd actually forgotten about AK's reunion dinner last night until Veralyn texted us a reminder. Geee I surprised myself 'cos I don't usually forget dates. So anyway, it was a long & happy day yesterday. Went for a discussion at Finexis with my future boss and everything went well (: I'm pretty excited to start work next Wednesday, even though it's just part-time!
Just a quick update, I'll be (a part-time) Personal Assistant to one of the FAs at Finexis starting next week. It's my dream job! Yes, after studying for a good 15 years, I've decided that my dream job is being a PA. Other than being a housewife, of 'cos! I really enjoy helping people to organize stuff, keeping records and updating database, planning for events, running errands, etc. I get a sense of satisfaction seeing that the stuff I planned for are carried out smoothly. I really enjoy doing alot of being-the-scenes work. But then again, many people tell me I have a pleasant disposition, and that I would do well in the service line (or relationship management). Oh well, we'll see how it goes with my job hunting after CNY. Meanwhile, I'm hyped up and counting down to 9th February!
As mentioned in my previous post, I came in 2nd for the photography competition organised by NUSSU Welfare Food Festival 2011. Boyf collected the cert on my behalf:

No cash monies whatsoever, just a cert and a goodie bag but I'm happy beyond words. A great motivation for me to improve my food photography!
Trying out the "new stall" at Business Canteen. Seems like they're selling similar cuisine but change of stall owners. The mini steamboat looks good but I don't think it was as nice as the old one from Arts Canteen. Where did they go???

After lunch, I sat at the canteen people-watching while boyf rushed his assignment. I'm so glad I don't have to face that stress anymore. Sometimes I can't understand how he can delay his work till the very last minute, yet get it all done. Hmmm.
Train-ed to Bugis to find Yushu and train-ed back to Buona Vista to meet Kathy (thank goodness for concession!) and off we went to Holland Village for steamboat (again)!

Poor Hoonie (my future colleague!!!) was stuck at work so she could only join us after that for drinks. Enjoyed spending time with AK (:
My favourite photo of the night - Love ring from BKK from Felina! (:

-
Helped the boyf applied for NOC last night. It was mad rush cos the deadline was 2359 and I only reached home close to 2330. Had to edit resume, and submit the application form. As I was filling up the form, I can't help but wish that boyf wouldn't get selected. 'Cos if he does, he'll be away in some foreign land for one whole year )': But at the same time, I know how much he wants this so I kinda feel guilty and wish that he can pass the interview too. Urgh dilemma! ):
-
Updates on my weekends. Saturday night was dinner with friends from E-tracx. Please visit Handlebar (if you haven't already) because they're shifting! They serve only the most awesome food you can ever imagine! Sooooo amazingly delicious! Plus the deco is uber cool. Like a gun for washroom door handle, rearview mirrors in a collage to form a big mirror, seat of a bike to form a swing, etc. Don't say I never share: Gillman Village, 1 Lock Rd, Singapore 108932, Tel 6475 9571.

And on Sunday night, we had dinner with the whole family. So heartwarming you know (':

And just in case I don't blog until after CNY, here's wishing everyone health & happiness in the new year. Gong Xi Fa Cai! (:
