i managed to grab this photo from somewhere. my colleagues in the contact centre. and this is just half the population! my department is the second biggest {after operations department} consisting 5 teams in the frontline, few teams in the backline, the custcare team, key accounts team, plus the managers & miscellaneous. still getting to know more and more people each day (:

ok no point saying so many times cos she simply is a _ _ _ _ _ . we've all had it enough. you were demoted after all, so dont keep walking around - with swaying butts - and still think you are the manager. new manager coming in next week to replace james {who's long gone}. meanwhile, temp manager sucks just as much. the whole management is just too full of themselves la. they dont understand what their staff are doing. they dont put themselves in our shoes. oh well.

MORE ABOUT WORK:
so many people have tendered / are going to tender. those remaining are suffering. my team initially consist of angela, max, glenn, michael, janice, reef, siti, diana, ming, patimah & me.

glenn's contract ended.
michael moved to the next team.
reef too.
siti tendered.
diana too.
max followed suit.

from an eleven-men strong team, we have fallen to a five-women group.
see, the management's fault. i think.

work has been crazy. been wanting to update but im really too tired.

that aside, my colleagues have been greattt! :D day by day, we're all getting closer & they all will miss me when im gone. awww. jokes & craps. really remind me of thirteen la. all the crazy things we do together. everyone here likes to "suan" me too. i dont know why. haha. said im dumb. said im blur. brought me to ulu places at 2100hrs and left me stranded at a bus stop. taught me to smoke but i stole their ciggs instead. wanted to bash me up but lucky im a girl! *winks*

been trying very hard to get all these colleagues to quit smoking but its really damn hard! grrrr... leon and i will come up with a terrrrifffic plan! :D

it wasnt as fun as those camps at guides, but still it was an enjoyable session with crappy people & the MOVE-IT simulation. went crazy ringing bells and rushing against time to do deliveries & what not.


of cos there were boring parts like lectures but it was all part of any training programs.


and we did explore the new place at downtowneast with the ferris wheel. looks lame in daytime leh. not fascinating, but still pretty.

back to work tmr. ahhhhh!!
i hope calls dont suck like they did on friday. hell, i escalated 2 out of 4 complaint calls. idiotic customers!! please dont complain soooo much la. and please dont threaten by always saying "PUT ME TO YOUR MANAGER NOW!" i will try my very best to help, be it missing shipment, damaged or lost contents, late for pickup, packages not delivered yet, misinformation, blahblah.. just dont shout into my ears! thankyouverymuch.

the doctor diagnosed as Upper Respiratory Infection plus fever,
and gave me 2 days MC.
