Have been real busy this week so hardly had time to blog. And by the time I'm free to blog, I'm too tired to do it! =p Anyway, I'm thinking of changing my skin...yea, again! Haha!

Oh, to Fel >> Really miss you lots. Both of us were really busy with projects. It's been a long time since we last went shopping! Hope to do it someday! =)

Ya, I trimmed my hair today. =)

sly!

Today
Ahhh! Saw Aimee again this morning! Haha. Really, seeing my besties made me all bright and cheery! *hugs* Anyway, Brandon sms-ed me just now to ask if I wanna be in Sports Club's Publication Sub-Committee. Wah! Sounds so 'tua' eh? I rejected but he persisted! Insisting that it isn't at all tough. Hmm, I agreed. But the problem now is that I don't have formal wear! Shit! Had to borrow from Tricia. Thanks yea?

And I'm in Rovers Overseas Expedition Committee. Busy busy. Now waiting for 530pm. My classes end at 3pm but the meeting start at 530pm. WTH! *yawn*

Yesterday
HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY, SINGAPORE!
It was a fun National Day! =) At least it's so much better than what I normally do every year. For the past 5 years, I've been slacking at home till 530pm, watch NDP on TV then go to sleep. I know, I know, B-O-R-I-N-G! *big yawn* But this year, it's something different, something that I'll remember, just like the NDP Preview I watched when I was in Primary 5. =)

I, and a few others from SPSSC, Rovers and err, is it SPSU?, represented SP to help out as face painters. As the name suggests, we were there to 'tu ya' on people's beautiful faces! =p Gathered at JTC Summit at 12pm.Then all of a sudden, boom! Me and Xl spotted the same thing. Ahhh! It's people from Rovers! Here we are, part of SPSSC, then there, our other half, Rovers. Shit! Should we say hi or should we not. We decided to see if they even recognised us. As expected, they 'dao' us! But Ty was sooo sweet! She talked to us! =) *hugs*Xx and Raymond were like ignoring the fact that we were there. Bah. Hmm, or am I being paranoid here?

The Day Went Like This:
12-1 >> Briefing. Painted on our own faces. Went for an 'interview cum filming' with Mediacorp. [We're like being'forced' to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE]

1-2 >> Lunch. [Surprisingly yummy!] More face painting. [To perfect our paintings. If not how to draw on people's faces later?]

2-3 >> Free and easy. [Went to visit the booths. Saw Tay Ping Hui, Chew Chor Meng and Belinda.] Collected our T-shirts. Set off! =)

3-4 >> Saw Daniel in his SJAB uniform. [He 'tao' us like dunno what man! *seriously pissed face*] Painted the faces of young and old under the scorching weather. Personal favourite painting is FIREWORKS! [Eh, I can draw that real well ok? Don't play play ar!]

4-5 >> Rest. Learnt the NDP Dance. [Yup, that dance to that song by Rui En and Taufik.] Watched some performance items.

5-6 >> Chill. Slacked at JEC. [Is that what you call that place? Jurong Entertainment Centre? Sorry, I'm an easterner.]

6-7 >> Debrief at JTC summit. Saw Sylvester! Cool~ Took photo with him. Cute guy! *^^* His dad joker man! Wanted to collect money from us. LOL. But Sly is REALLY friendly and approachable. I didn't dare talk to him initially. Then this lady came over and said "Dun need scared de. Just ask him if youwant to take photo. Go la, go la!" Alright, I'll go. And ta-da! He said ok. Haha. *thumbs up*

7-8 >> Journey home.

I think he's cute! >.<

wah all pon!

Today
Sad, sad, sad. I'm so so so sad. Like everybody's going back to HSC. Ok, not everybody, but those people I miss and I wanna see! *sobx* Whatever, I don't wanna see some shit people anyway. Those who don't reply my sms-es and give lame excuses when questioned. Bah! Idiotic seh! But my besties aren't going back. So I'm happy! At least I won't 'miss' them. Haha.

WTH! Only 11 people in ITAB tutorial! Wah! All pon! *surprise surprise* I don't really like this kind of class man.

Sunday
Have to represent Weiting tomorrow in the main committee meeting. I'm beginning towonder if I'm too involved in CCAs. I will quit if I must! Yes I will. If I can't cope, I'll abandon it. I will and I must. If Rovers and Sports Club demand too much fromme, I'll go. Free myself. Yes!I don't know if I'll miss my class at the end of the year, when we're separated.I can't sense the bond. Maybe not yet. Time will tell. I'll just have to wait. Ithink I'm jealous of Fel. Haha. Her class is super duper fun! =) I'm asking myself why I can't be in the same class as her. Wouldn't it be good? I just realised that we haven't work together before, not academically. I'm actually surprised at the strong relationship we have, despite not working together. I'm hoping against hope that we'll end upin the same class next year, really. I shall pray for that to happen.I found out that my class doesn't study. Maybe they do, at home. Very very secretive. I wanna form a study group but it seems as though no one is interested. Bah. Why?? I'm jealous of Fel again! Her study group seem so much fun. I wanna study with her, but I think its better for her to study with her classmates. =) Should I skip school tomorrow? Seems like no one in my class is going? Sad. No, I must tell myself not to. I can't afford to. I wanna get good grades. Yes, that's my goal! I must achieve it. =) Ok, I wanna play 'The Sims 2'. I've got too many things on my mind. Time tode-stress. Bye everyone.

Saturday
Spent my day studying. I must work hard, slacked enough already. =p

Friday
Went out for dinner with Fel! *^^* Had subway cause I could redeem a free 6-inch sub with any purchase of a drink. LOL. We're really 'budget' huh? Anyway, the sandwiches are super big la! I think ang mohs have big mouths, cause I personally had difficulty biting into the bread. =x Went to Heerens for a while before heading home. Since it's the first day of the seventh month, Fel strongly believe that one should get home before 5pm. But how's that possible? My class ends at 4pm leh! Haha. In the end we reached home at 8 plus, safe and sound. =)

Anyway, I received an sms from Marwin just now. He's a senior from Rovers and asked if I was interested to be the program head for the overseas expedition committee. *my eyes lit up in delight* Of course I'd be glad to! But questions camepopping outta my head. Will my parents allow? What does a program head do? Where will we be going? Can I stay committed to it? etc... After clarifying all the doubts I had, I decidede to ask for my parents' approval. But they weren't home! So I waited... and waited... and waited... until about 10 plus, they finally returned home. I knew I could convince my mum easily so I tackled her first. In my most persuasive tone, I told her about the details. She said she was glad I discussed this with her and blah, blah, blah. But she said she'd have to talk to dad first. What the!@?#. But oh well, at least I managed to convince my mum! =)

Just then, my dad happened to walk past and stopped.
D: Where isit that I hear you're going?
M: Err, Malaysia lor.
D: I know it's Malaysia la! But which part? You know how big Malaysia is anot?
M: Orh. Erm, I duno the exact place yet leh. But we're trekking at some outdoor places.
D: (gives a disapproving look)
M: Don't worry. Many people are going. And most of them are very experienced in this kind of things. (keeps my fingers crossed that he'll say yes)
D: No matter how experienced those people are, there's bound to be a certainamount of danger involved. (And he continued his story about his experience in the jungle. He then moves onto talk about me trying to multi-task.)
D: I dun want you to get too involved until you dun care about your studies ar! You better work hard. Although you scored ok for this CA1, dun ever be complacent. You are like so busy with your life huh? Only got 24 hours in a day. How many things do you think you can do in that one day? Want to eat, sleep, study, rest. Now still want toadd your Guides at Hai Sing then go to duno what Sports Club you have. Then now want to go Malaysia somemore! You going with who?
M: Erm, Rovers Scouts.
D: Scouts?? You got Guides already. Now still want Scouts ar? You sure you can cope?
M: Ya, I think so la.
D: Think so, think so. I tell you ar, you better dun get too involved in this kind ofthings. You go poly is to study one k? Those things are secondary.
M: But it's what I like to do! (starting to get pissed)
D: I know you like. But you must show me that your studies won't get affected also. You dun compare yourself with other people. I know there are a lot of people out there who can join everything yet they can score well. You're different from them. Those are very smart and talented people. You're only average so you better studyhard. If after 3 years, you dun graduate with a diploma, you only have yourself to blame.

By then, I was like a volcano erupting. =x I will prove my dad wrong man! I'll manage my time well. No neglecting my studies! Of course I know that's my priority! =)

*Jia you, siowqin! You go girl! >.<*

I suddenly felt as if history is repeating itself. When I was in the beginning of Sec 3, my dad almost forced me to quit Guides cause my streaming results weren't up to expectations and I was spending every single day busy with Guides. =p

haha

Today have lots of breaks man! Haha. So slack. 3 hours! Oh, don't get jealous. =p

Btw, my manager in Motorola. Sham. Remember her? Yup, she's leaving for Australia on the 29th this month. Just recieved her email and there was this sudden rush of sadness within me. She's like the BEST manager you know? And she's leaving. What a loss to Motorola! Anyway, hope to keep in contact with her. She's a REALLY REALLY nice person la, no doubt.

Alright, I just figured out that I can use MSN in school! Woohoo~ *3cheers for figuring out* Ain't I brilliant? Ok, slaps myself for how-lianing. Haha. But I can't conference! Somebody tell me how! Please! I admit I ain't THAT brilliant after all. LOL.

Now a lot of people know the ultimate secret of my classmate le. It's like quite obvious. Not much a secret anyway. In an open society now, it's seen as a norm. But I don't really bother much about it anyway, so...heck!

Bah! So sian now. Haha. Supposed to help out at the National Day Observance Ceremony held in SP today but it was cancelled the last minute. Crap. LOL. Fel good la! Enjoying herself there. Wahahaha~ Went to the flea market just now. Nice! =) I mean, people are actually putting in effort for charity! =) There's this guy (think his name is Jeremy), year one and selling his own book! I was like 'WOAH!'. He's only 17!! And already doing business. No wonder he's in DBA!

Ok, I think there's something wrong with my tagboard. Gonna change it soon~ Alright people, take care. Tata.

Anyway, I happen to be friendster surfing and came across this picture. I think it's super cool man!! (see below) If anyone in the picture is reading this and do not want their face to appear. Do let me know. Thanks! =)

4E4'04 BBQ

Monday
Having ITAB now. Sianz. Haha. OK, I'm damn hungry now! Somebody!! Buy me something!! LOL.

Saturday
HSCS 4E4'04 Class Reunion BBQ
Met tl at around 11 plus at NTUC to buy some BBQ stuff as well as to get the aluminium trays from him. But he actually forgot to bring them! Argh! So I had to go to his house to take the trays. Geez! It was so damninappropriate to rain la! The moment we stepped outta TM, it started pouring. Goodness gracious! So we were like two idiots being drenched in the rain. WTF! But halfway through, I gave up. The rain was so heavy that I thoughtit was flooding. I didn't wanna get sick so I waited for him to run home and get the trays. It was his fault in the first place! *mumble mumble* (Ok relax, I don't blame ya!)

While waiting for him to return, I began wondering if I had made the wrong choice by going for the BBQ instead of attending the campfire. It's like I would not have to go through all these trouble and hassle. On the other hand,I kept convincing myself that I really really miss my ex-classmates and this is a long-waited opportunity to get tosee them again! So I prayed real hard that it will turn out fantabulous.

And yes! Even though it did rain and all, it was fun, fun, fun!! How I wish the night would never end... Anyway, here's a little something I have for them. If I miss out anyone, do let me know cause I admit I've STM (I forgotthat Kailun in called Kailun =p) LOL.
