look alike

Ahh! Another look-alike attack! Tailun called me this morning but I was in lecture. He said he wanted to tell me that he saw my look-alike. Well, I ain't surprised. It's like so many people told me I look like their friend, and whatever people they've met. Weird~ I must have that typical face! LOL.

Anyway, I'm going back to Hai Sing later, for guides. They're having the Enrolment Ceremony..

Walau~ I'm super damn pissed now! I'm in the library with my group members discussing our IDEA project. Oh, by the way we're in the PC zone. Then in came girl M. Me and Xueli know her. Girl M is those kind very sensitive and talks like she's damn weak that kind. So me and Xueli were like 'kaox, it's her.' Then we tried not to look straight into her face just in case we decided to spit right into her face or something. So we were like looking at the monitor and discussing. And you know that with me and Xueli around, half of the time we'll be laughing for God-knows-what. We were happily laughing and enjoying ourselves when girl M messaged Xueli. 'you don't have to hide or avoid me', says the sms. Xueli showed me and we were like totally pissed la! C'mon lor, we're not even doing anything to her.

Told ya she was sensitive!

Whatever, hope that we don't end up in the same group this saturday. Damn!

Argh! I'm totally pissed now. My tutor just came in and announced that my IDEA class has been postponed to 4pm, which means it'll end at 6pm. WTH! And I already thought the initial 5pm was late enough. Whatever. So here I am in the PC zone, wasting my time. Haha. So boring!! =(

Oh ya, went to watch 'A Lot Like Love' with Fel yesterday. Nice show! =) It's like comedy + romance sort. Quite a lot of kissing, hugging and you-know-what. Fel thinks Oliver (Ashton) is dashing but uh-uh for me! LOL. I think Chad Michael Murray IS handsome. =D

HSBC Nature Trail

Happy!! Wanna know why? Well, cause I finally went to an event with dearest Fel! =) It's like I know her for so long already and I haven't been on an outdoor thing with her-if you know what I mean. We went on the HSBC Tree Top Walk yesterday. It was an event organised by SP Rovers (they totally rock! XD). The year 2s were all late and we all thought it was cancelled because of the rain. =X

Not much details to spare, all in all, it was fun but tiring. It always is the case, isn't it? ALL outdoor activities are FUN but TIRING. LOL.

K, I really feel like saying something about my class-it's becoming political! HELP! It's like we all (ok, at least most of us) are pissed off with this person from my class. Classmate X. Classmate X is super whiny, super irritating AND super sensitive! Whatever. It's only for a year. Hope I can be in the same class as Fel next year! *grinz*

Sentosa!!

Weee~ Yesterday was totally cool, super fun! XD We were at Sentosa for class outing and I swear, it was one of life's most memorable days. Although our class met at HarbourFront at 9am, it was nearly 10am when we reached Siloso Beach. At first, we were not that happy cause the sand was wet and rough (I think it rained that morning). Nevertheless, we were still very enthusiatic about the whole thing.

I shall not go through the minor details of how we went changing and couldn't find anytoilets. All in all, we got changed and played volleyball-in the water. Haha. Apparently, the sand was so rough that we had no mood to play on the sand. Then we made 'sandcastles'. Ok, it was not exactly a sandcastle. What we did was to make 'DBA 1B 23' in 3D so it was totally cool. People who walked pass were like 'Eh, verynice leh..'. LOL. We're DAMN proud of ourselves!! =D

To cut the long story short, we played and played and played. Took lots of photos (hopefully I can post it up here sometime, if not, you'll just have to visit my friendster (siow_qin@hotmail.com). Sabo-ed everyone. Yup, me inclusive. Suntanned a lot. I look like a lobster now!

I was so proud of myself that I finally got tanned cause guess what? I'm the fairest girl in my class (those who went to Sentosa only). How pathetic. When I returned home, I was so excited to show my mum the tanned me, instead, she turned around and lectured me about how the UV rays from the sun can cause skin cancer. And that I shouldn't be too happy about it. Whatever.

K, I'm gonna study for tomorrow's ITAB quiz. (like real =p)

Hi guys! Sorry for not updating you guys for such a long time. Been kinda busy with my hectic schedule. Ok well, I'm lying. My schedule's not packed but I filled it in with all sorts of outings, gatherings and events, so there. =)

Watched Mr & Mrs Smith yesterday. I don't know why so many people think it's a nice show. In my opinion, it's so lame and crappy. LOL. Don't quite get the storyline and the ending was like really abrupt. Whatever. Money not well spent. =(

Had a craze over neoprints again! LOL. Took it yesterday with Ken, Daniel, Xueli and Fel. Took it again today with Yinjoo, Tingting n Marilyn. Haha. Again, money not well spent! But heck! What matters most is that I'm HAPPY!

Oh ya, today's Dan's birthday. So HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY!! Go learn driving and get a car soon~ Wahahaha!!

Ok, gonna go finish my EC tutorial. Same old boring English again. Whatever.

I'm kinda troubled. Apparently I think this guy is wooing me. I'm not sure. Maybe just flirting. During that Sentosa thing. Played beach volleyball with him. But I feel totally weird cause I spoke less than 10 sentences to him. Unsure of whether to watch movie with him. Sigh. Why don't someone come up with a book that tells you how to live your life? That way, I just have to follow the instructions in that book and live everyday accordingly. I don't like to make decisions. Oh well, life's like that.

sentosa

Just returned from my Island Life activity at Sentosa. I can't say it's SUPER fun, but on the whole, I am pleased that I went. It was an activity of SP Rovers, which is like a senior version of Guides and Scouts. We played some ice breakers at SP and had lunch before heading to Sentosa at around 1pm. There was a bustling crowd when we arrived since there was a ballon hat festival going on as well. I tried to look for HSCS band but coudn't find it. Probably my previous school didn't take part this year (cause I remembered Ade asking me to go last year).

We played dog and bone first. We played it the rugby version, meaning - you take the 'bone' and run towards your base while others will snatch the 'bone' from you. It's not like the original one when a person taps your shoulder, you're out (that sort of thing). It was o-k. This was follwed by water activities. Just swimming and playing in the sea. Xueli, Meiqi and I build sandcastles instead. It was real fun (like I had deprived chilhhood huh). Anyway, it was satisfying to see water being poured into the moat we build around the castle. Too bad it wasn't successful though.

We rested on the beach before heading on to play beach volleyball. I totally like can't play that but the seniors were really patient and helpful and guided me along the way. At the end, they actually said I had improved! *pats on my back* But I ended up with a swollen left hand cause I always seem to miss the exact location. I even asked them to aim properly so that I could just stand there and hit the ball. What a clown!

Anyway, it was around there when they said I look like one of the year 3 Rovers, Keqi. And they kept asking me questions like I was a clone of her. Whatever. After that, more and more people said I look like this and that. Fianlly, Daniel (my daddy during that camp) came up with a new name for me. Yvonne Siow Ke Ting. =D

Later on, when it was dinner time, we were so 'addicted' to volleyball that we (3 girls) shared only a packet of chicken rice - and we didn't finish it! I only ate 2 slices of cucumber. Haha. Can't blame me though, I normally don't eat much during camps. Can ask Xueli - we went to the SPSSC FO Camp and Island Life together.

After dinner was treausre hunt. I'm so glad Mark is in my group. He was such an experienced scout. Of course we came in first! Haha. Around midnight, we went for the Night Walk. I was damn nervous about the whole thing la. Luckily Dan was behind me in the first walk and Xue Er accompanied me for the second one - it was supposed to be solo! *gosh* At the end of the trail, I actaully fell asleep!! What a joke. Then I was like sleep-walking my way back to the beach.

Ok, stupid me, didnt' sleep at all. Cause Meiqi, Dan and Ken were talking non-stop lor. And I had no place to sleep as well. Argh! Then later, when we were having breakfast, I actually fell asleep with my head on the table. Until someone miss called me - cause I had my mobile in my hand. Think they can't wake me up or something. Anyway, I'm so glad I went. The people are all very nice and friendly. One girl is like so damn pretty. I absolutely love her. Gosh, don't tell me I like her? LOL.

*Ok, I really want to see Keqi face to face* Think I missed out this incident, while we were playing some games before the Night Walk. One guy came up behind me and played with my hair. I was totally shocked. but when I turned around, he ran away. I ignored him while Gary (sitting beside me) laughed so hard. A while later, the same guy came back and offered me a bite of his bun. I was totally stunned. I turned around and he practically jumped. Cause he realised I was not Keqi. Gary kept laughing and laughing and laughing. That guy was so embarrassed he kept apologising. Now you know why I wanna meet Keqi SO badly.
